My research sits where conservation planning meets climate risk and the people who live with both. Recent work maps climate hazards across Indigenous Peoples' and local communities' territories in the Amazon for Conservation International, and models how agroforestry and agrivoltaics change ecosystem services across Sub-Saharan Africa at emLab.

I'm a conservation scientist who spent most of a decade in healthcare technology before switching fields. I pair spatial analysis (R, Google Earth Engine, ArcGIS Pro, prioritizr) with the project and product skills it takes to ship tools people use.

I've been photographing for most of my life, mostly wildlife and wild places. I'm drawn to the decisive moment: an animal's glance, light breaking over a ridge. Each frame keeps both the scene and what I felt when the shutter clicked.
